How quickly can I get my
order?
Items in-stock and
do not require personalization will typically ship within 1-3 business
days of ordering. If the item is in stock and requires
personalization, it will typically ship within 3-4 business days after
approval of proof. If the item is out-of-stock, we will contact you
and let you know the turnaround time. Custom orders vary but we
will work with you to get them out to you in plenty of time for your
special events.
*Please note:
Holiday times (for example, Christmas) can cause a longer delay. Many
vendors have cutoff times at the end of November for guaranteed
delivery by Christmas. So please e-mail us for an up-to-date delivery
schedule.

Can you tell me about
placing a custom order?
Send us an e-mail and we
can discuss some ideas to come up with the best idea for you. After we
settle on an idea, I will begin creating your special order. We can
provide invitations, announcements, stationery, gifts for showers or
weddings, name tags, and much more. The sky is the limit!
What is the minimum
invitations/stationery I can order?
It varies according to
the vendor.
Do you offer return
address printing on envelopes?
Yes, we do! At $0.50 per
envelope we will print return address on the envelopes.
What is the USPS postage
for the invitations/stationery?
It varies according to
weight and size. Square envelopes have additional postage. Visit the
United States Postal Service website at
www.usps.gov for more information.
Can I rush my order?
Yes, you can! Additional
charges will apply. Please contact us by e-mail or phone for a quote.
What forms of payment do
you accept?
Currently we accept
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal checks (a 10 business day
waiting period applies), cash and paypal.
If you would like
to give a credit card over the phone, we require the credit card
information, the billing address, phone number and CVS
number (3 digit for MasterCard and Visa, 4 digit for American Express)
When is my credit card
charged?
Your credit card is
charged at the time the order is placed.
Do I pay sales tax on my
order?
If the order is being
shipped within Texas, you will pay 6.75% sales tax. If it will be
shipped outside of Texas, there is no sales tax added to your bill.
